Bolder Boulder 10K
Boulder, Colorado, USA The Posso Sports Eritrean men's team caused an upset of favorites in their first ever Bolder Boulder appearance, taking the international team challenge win over favorite Ethiopia and Team USA.
The win was led by a fine individual win by Afewerki Berhane, barely 18 years old, and in his second-ever road race in the USA, defeating Kenyan Allan Kiprono by 2 seconds, 29:12 to 29:14.

Bay to Breakers 12K
San Francisco, California, USA Posso Sports newcomer, Geoffrey Kenisi Bundi of Kenya, scored an upset victory in the Bay to Breakers 12K. Based in Kenya, Geoffrey broke from the field near the crest of the Hayes Street Hill and cruised to a 200m victory in 35:09 over Emmanuel Bor and Kipruto Kochei, both of Kenya. Posso Sports' team of Eritreans also scored solid results in the first competition in the USA.

Movistar Lima 42K Marathon
Lima, Peru Close finishes marked both the men's and women's races at the Lima42k marathon.
On the men's side, Simon Kariuki of Kenya prevailed in 2:13:43 with a long kick over Dino Sefir of Ethiopia who recorded 2:14:01 while third went to Paul Maina Theuri of Kenya with 2:15:45.
The women's race was claimed by Gladys Jebet Ruto of Kenya in 2:46:25 from Peruvian Gladys Machacuay, 2:46:41 and American Atalelech Asfaw, 2:50:59.
River Bank Run 25K
Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Congratulations to Posso Sports client Samson Gebreyohannes of Eritrea, the winner of the Fifth Third River Bank Run with a time of 1:14:08. Second and Third were Americans was Christopher Landry in 1:14:18 and Shadrack Biwott in 1:14:31.
The women's champion was American Kellyn Johnson in 1:25:25.
