Luis Felipe Posso, President

Luis Posso is a Colombian born U.S. citizen and is the founder and President of Posso Sports and Posso Futbol.  He has been active as a full-time Sports Agent since 1988 and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and speaks some Japanese, French and Italian. He is registered as an “Athlete Representative” as defined under the rules of the International Association of Athletic Federations (IAAF) and is a player’s agent licensed by the US Soccer Federation under the auspices of the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).














Derek Froude, Vice-President 

Derek Froude is a New Zealand born U.S. citizen and is Vice President of Posso Sports and Posso Futbol.  He represented New Zealand international in cross country, road running and the marathon, an event where he was a dual Olympian (1984 Los Angeles and 1992 Barcelona).  He joined Posso Sports fulltime in 1994. He is registered as an “Athlete Representative”  under IAAF rules with the national federations of Eritrea, Kenya and Poland.

















Edward Yego, Representative

Joined Posso Sports in 2009 as our company's administrative representative in Kenya. He has proven invaluable in both supporting our athletes with travel and visa requirements, but also in the ongoing recruitment of new athletes.















Yonathan Ephrem

Yonatan joined Posso Sports in 2013 as our company’s administrative representative in Eritrea.  Born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to Eritrean parents, he moved to Eritrea in 1998.  He studied accounting at Asmara University and then business management at Cambridge International College in the UK.  Yonatan is a devoted supporter of Eritrean athletes and works tirelessly to create international race opportunities for his countrymen and women.
